Getting started

Create an account

1. Open the mocoVoice website.
2. Click “Sign Up” to create an account.
3. You will receive a verification email at your registered email address.
4. Click the link in the email to complete verification.

After your first login

When you log in for the first time, you automatically join the Trial plan (free). You can try all features on the Trial plan for 2 weeks.

Your first transcription

1. Open “Transcribe” in the left sidebar.
2. Upload an audio or video file (you can also use browser recording).
3. Click “Transcribe” and wait for it to finish.
4. When the results appear, check and edit the content.

Join a team

If you belong to a team, you will receive an invitation email from the administrator. You can join the team from the link in the email.
