Select a specialized model
Specialized models transcribe audio using terminology and expressions tailored to a particular industry. They are available to customers currently in a trial and customers with an individual specialized-model contract.
NoteIf you are unsure, select “Default.” MocoVoice automatically selects a specialized model based on the audio content and current server conditions.
Available models
During a trial, you can select any of the models below. With an individual contract, the model covered by your contract is shown.

| Veterinary | Veterinary consultations and conversations about animal healthcare |
| Logistics | Dispatch meetings, warehouse handovers, and logistics discussions |
| Manufacturing | Meetings about product or component design, production management, and quality control |
| Food | Meetings about food manufacturing, quality control, and hygiene management |
| Chemical | Meetings about chemical or material research, manufacturing, and safety |
Steps
1. Select the file to transcribe
Sign in to MocoVoice, select Start Transcription from the left sidebar, and upload an audio or video file.
2. Open “Specialized model”
Select Specialized model on the upload screen. If it is not visible, scroll down and check Advanced settings.
3. Select a model
If the audio clearly belongs to one field, select the corresponding specialized model. If it covers multiple fields or you are unsure, select Default.
4. Start the transcription
Confirm that the intended model name appears in the selector, then select Start Transcription.
Choosing between “Default” and a specific model
- Default: Best when you want MocoVoice to select a model automatically according to the audio content and server conditions.
- Specific specialized model: Best when the industry is clear and the audio contains many terms from that field.
A specialized model cannot guarantee that every technical term will be transcribed correctly. For names, company names, product names, and organization-specific terms, also use a dictionary.
If “Specialized model” is not shown
The selector is shown for teams currently in a trial or with an individual specialized-model contract. If your team is eligible but the selector does not appear, confirm that you have selected the correct team. If the issue continues, contact support.
Pricing
Specialized models can be tried during the trial at no additional charge.
After the trial, specialized models provided under an individual contract are priced separately from standard transcription. Pricing varies by model and usage conditions; please contact us for details.
