Enter meeting notes into Word / Excel (Beta)
Download your Word or Excel file with AI-generated meeting notes already entered. Under template creation, register the file you want to use with Create from Word / Excel (Beta).

Supported files

Files must be 10 MB or smaller. The older .doc and .xls formats are not supported.
Create a template
1. Open Dictionary & Templates
Select Dictionary & Templates in the sidebar.
2. Create a new template
Under Custom templates, select + New template.
3. Create from Word / Excel
Select Create from Word / Excel (Beta).
4. Register the file as a template
Specify the following:
- Template name: Enter a name that will be easy to recognize later.
- File: Select one Word (
.docx) or Excel (.xlsx) file.
Select Create. AI chooses where to insert the meeting notes and registers the template.
NoteCreation may take a little while. Keep the screen open and wait for it to finish.
5. Create meeting notes
Open the Meeting Notes tab in the transcription results and select your registered template. AI creates meeting notes in that layout.
6. Download in the original format
Review and save the meeting notes, then open the download menu.
- For Word: Select Word format, then Original template (Beta).
- For Excel: Select Original Excel format (Beta).
Notes
- Check the insertion locations selected by AI and the generated content.
- In Excel, only existing cells can receive content. Formulas, protected sheets, and text boxes are not changed.
- If a warning appears, review it before using the template.
- If the result is not as expected, simplify the original file layout and register it again.
