Use file attachments

In mocoVoice, you can attach documents along with audio and video.

By attaching sales materials, scripts, participant lists, product documents, etc., you can manage the materials together with your transcript and meeting notes.

Attaching documents improves transcription quality

When you attach documents to the advanced transcription settings, the transcription starts after automatically recognizing names, company names, department names, product names, abbreviations, and technical terms in the documents.

How to attach

Attaching documents before transcription

1. Go to “Advanced settings” at the bottom of the transcription screen.
2. Upload your documents from Attachments.
3. Start the transcription.

If you want to improve transcription quality, you must attach the documents before starting the transcription.

Attaching documents after transcription

After transcription, you can check attached documents from the Files tab to the right of the meeting notes tab.

You can also add documents later.

Note

Documents added to the files tab later are for storage and reference. They will not be reflected in transcripts that are already completed. If you want to use documents to improve transcription quality, attach them in the advanced settings before transcribing.
