Edit meeting notes
The meeting notes automatically created in mocoVoice are text converted from audio data by AI. You can use the edit feature to finalize the meeting notes.
What you can do with the edit feature
- Edit text: You can correct typos and omissions, or refine colloquial expressions into more formal text.
- Decorate with Markdown: You can use headings, bullet points, bold text, and more to structure the information and make it visually clear.
Steps
1. Switch to edit mode
Click the edit button (pen icon) on the meeting notes view screen to switch to edit mode. In edit mode, you can edit the text of the meeting notes directly on the spot. You can also apply decorations like headings, bold text, and bullet points from the toolbar at the top.
On the meeting notes view screen, the edit button and the Recreate button appear in the top right. Click Recreate to start creating the meeting notes again from the meeting notes settings screen while keeping the current meeting notes content.
2. Save edits with the toolbar
In edit mode, a toolbar appears at the top. To save your edits, click Save on the right side of the toolbar. Click Cancel to discard your edits.
3. Use Markdown
The text of the meeting notes supports Markdown. By highlighting important points or listing tasks, you can create meeting notes that communicate key points clearly.

- Save frequently: We recommend clicking Save regularly while editing. This prevents unintended loss of changes if you close your browser.
- About co-editing: Currently, we do not support real-time co-editing by multiple people. Note that if you edit meeting notes at the same time as someone else, the later saved changes may overwrite the earlier ones.
- The original audio data does not change: No matter how much you edit the text of the meeting notes, the original audio data is never changed or deleted. You can always listen back to the original statements.
