In mocoVoice, you can translate transcripts and meeting notes.
On the translation screen, the translation settings card appears above the text of the transcript.
Steps
1. Open the tab to translate the transcript
On the transcript screen, click the Translate transcript tab.
2. Choose the language to translate to
Click Select language on the settings card, and select the language you want to translate to.
3. Start the translation
Click Start. After a short wait, the translation of the transcript appears.
Each translated remark shows the same timestamp as the original transcript. Use it to match the translation to the original speech. Downloaded translation files also include the time. If the original remark has no timestamp, the translation does not show one.
4. Open the tab to translate the meeting notes
If the meeting notes are already created, the Translate meeting notes tab appears. Click the Translate meeting notes tab. If the meeting notes have not been created yet, create them first in Create meeting notes.
5. Choose the language to translate to
Click Select language, and select the language you want to translate to.
6. Start translating the meeting notes
Click Start. After a short wait, the translation of the meeting notes appears.
Listen to and edit translated text
Click a translated utterance to play the recording from the original utterance’s timestamp. If the original has no timestamp, playback cannot jump to that position.
If you have editing permission, double-click a translated utterance to edit it, then click Save. Choose Cancel or press Esc to discard the edit. You can also save with Ctrl + Enter (Command + Enter on Mac). Editing is unavailable while translation is in progress.
