Delete transcription history

You can delete transcription history created in mocoVoice when it is no longer needed. Deleting a transcription history first moves it to the “Trash”. You can restore it until you permanently delete it from the Trash.

Steps

1. Open the transcription history screen

Select Files (transcription history) from the left sidebar to show the list screen.

2. Click the trash icon for the history you want to delete

Find the transcription you want to delete in the list. Click the trash icon on the right side of the row.

4. Execute deletion

  • To move it to the Trash, click Move to Trash.
  • To cancel the deletion, click Cancel or click outside the dialog.

5. Deletion complete

When you click Move to Trash, the transcription history disappears from the list and moves to the Trash.

Notes

  • You can restore from the Trash: A normal delete operation moves the transcription history (text data, speaker information, edits, etc.) to the Trash. You can restore it as long as you do not permanently delete it from the Trash.
  • Permanent deletion cannot be undone: If you select “Permanently delete” or “Empty Trash”, you cannot restore the data in any way. Please check carefully before permanently deleting.
