Join with an Invitation Code
Aside from the standard method (clicking the “Accept Invitation” button in the email), you can also join a team using an invitation code.
In the invitation email URL https://cloud.mocomoco.ai/invitation/accept?invitation_code=XXXXX, the text following invitation_code= is your invitation code.
Instructions
1. Open the team selection area
Click the Team Selection Area in the top right corner of the screen to open the menu.
2. Select Join with Invitation Code
Click → Join with Invitation Code at the bottom of the menu.
3. Enter the invitation code
4. Join the team
Click Join Team to complete the process. You can switch to your new team by selecting its name in the team selection area.
Joining with an invitation code during account creation
On the team setup screen when creating a new account, click Join an Existing Team, then click the blue Click here to enter an invitation code text. This will display the same invitation code entry screen. Enter the code and click Join to join the team while creating your account.
