Cooperate to improve accuracy

To improve service quality and AI recognition accuracy, mocoVoice can anonymize the audio data and transcripts you use and provide them as AI training data. Providing training data is OFF by default, and you can choose and manage whether to cooperate.

Check current settings

You can check if you are cooperating with data provision (whether AI training is enabled) by following these steps.

1. Open the “Usage” screen

Log in to mocoVoice and select Usage from the left sidebar.

If you are on a trial, select the Change plan tab.

Providing training data is OFF by default.

Change settings

If you want to change the data provision settings (enable/disable AI training), you need to apply separately. Please complete the procedure from the application page below. If you are on the Simple Plan, you cannot change this.

We will switch the settings based on your application. Please note that it may take a few business days to change the settings.

Data provided when training data is ON

If the training data setting is ON, the following information may be used for AI training.

• Uploaded audio data
• Transcribed text data
• Edited text data and speaker information

This data is carefully handled after anonymization so that individual customers or companies cannot be identified. We give the utmost consideration to protecting your privacy.
